It’s close to highway so it’s easy to get in and get out. Not too crowded and easy to find parking. Got good tables and machines options. Since it’s close by to Brooklyn, no need to go to Atlantic City. Employees are friendly and helpful. I enjoy going there and play. Keep up with good work guys…

Nice hotel… the rooms were cleaned well and on time. The service was good and so was the breakfast. I had a chance to spend time in one of the presidential suites. It was really nice and spacious. It included a kitchen, two bathrooms, and an office area incase you wanted to mix business with pleasure. The main room also has a jacuzzi in it. The room I stayed in was very nice also, but my only issue was it didn’t have a full length mirror like the others I also saw. I love to be able to see myself before leaving out, but that was it. Everything else was cool. I’d definitely stay there again and would feel comfortable to bring my family.

OTHER places not to far North of the City, similar type places have been known to get me excited on a win where my $100 to pocket when I arrived saw me upto $2300 on video wheelspinning slots and so excited no cash left but with my $2300 ticket waiting in line to cash it thinking about which hotel to stay at tonight, what nice dinner I can get and maybe take ladyfriend out daydreaming only to be crushed when the teller at windows says "you have witholding from HRA and NYS taxes... Half to HRA and half is going owed taxes..." I say "Ok, so how much I get?" Nothing. Literally had to skip paying the bus and hop train to get home with bunny ear pockets. SO not only the slots have this incredible tuning that can be done and amazingly precise the impact of controlling the winnings and what they get or when however they want, but in the end They just do what they want sometimes at these places and Resorts World Casino here at the Aquaduct seem to be managed better and more considerate in the way day to day operations work. The shuttle from Jamaica Center LIRR Station and the A train Subway shuttle make it very accessible should you not drive or have a car and the overall considerate

This is my 2nd time visiting The Resorts Casino in Jamaica, NY. It's really nice. The main floor casino to play was under renovation when I went with my friend May 2026. We went 1 flight up to the casino, and it seemed 'bigger' than the one my other friends and I went to last time in April 2026. Nice, clean. Great atmosphere. Nice Bar, nice 'Sweet Shop' & the Sweet Shop Restaurant was really nice. Good food, nice decor, good service and friendly. Tried the pizza at the downstairs Food Court this time around; it was good! We're going back!

I recently spent an evening in New York City, and overall I would give it a solid 4 out of 5. The casino floor was lively and well-organized, with a wide variety of slot machines that were easy to navigate and fun to play, though it did feel a bit crowded during peak hours. The electronic table games were smooth and beginner-friendly, which made it comfortable to jump in without feeling intimidated. I also grabbed food from one of the on-site dining spots, and while it was convenient and satisfying, the prices were slightly higher than expected for the portion size. The staff throughout the property were professional and helpful, even if interactions felt quick due to the steady flow of guests. The space itself was clean and modern, with good lighting and security presence, which made the experience feel safe and well managed. Overall, it is a fun and accessible casino option in Queens with great energy, just a few minor drawbacks that keep it from being a full five stars.
